picture books

At the moment I have nothing to put on this page (!) so why have I created it, you may ask.

Good question.  Here’s why.

I am currently involved in Memetales, an online picture book collaboration site that has been painstakingly and lovingly created by Maya Bisineer (for links to Maya and Memetales, check out the introduction post and the link for Maya’s blog ThinkMaya, you will find this in the blogroll).  This is a hugely exciting time for all of us that are involved in Memetales, Maya is about to bring in student illustrators and she has received submissions for picture books that will soon be in the making.

I am beyond excited to tell you that I have a book called Hullabaloo! in production with the very talented Priyankar Gupta (link to his illustration blog is in the blogroll).  I cannot tell you anymore at this stage as it is a closely guarded secret until such a time as this book, others that are in production and the Memetales Bazaar site are released, I can though show you a sneak peek of one of the illustration samples so here it is
